Who Would Wear This Tie?

Here's a cool tie I designed a while back, and it's proven quite popular.  It's in my H2OWater gallery on Zazzle.  I'm not sure who is buying them, but I try to imagine what kind of a guy would love a tie like this...
 
I'm thinking maybe a swimmer, or a water filter salesman, or maybe even a science teacher.  What do you think?

Saturday is Inter-American Water Day

The first Saturday in October (which falls on October 1 this year) has been designated as Inter-American Water Day.

Bet you didn't know that!   The day, which is meant to be recognized by all countries in The Americas, is to emphasize the importance of water for health, well being, and sustainable development.

So whatever you are doing on Saturday, just stop and take a moment to ... appreciate WATER.

Water, Water Everywhere

 

Isn't water wonderful? As we all learned in school, and, in case we've forgotten, according to Wikipedia, water covers 70.9% of the Earth's surface,and is vital for all known forms of life.   Personally, I'm something of a 'water baby,' and have always been drawn to it. I love swimming, snorkeling, and cruising.  I like being in, on, and just about any good-sized body of water.

That's what my H2Owater gallery  on Zazzle is all about - a sort of a celebration of water.  It's a work in progress, and probably will be for some time to come, but it's up and running, and enjoying some sales!
